The fine print
Reward terms
We like to keep things simple and fair. Here's how the program works:

Eligibility. — You unlock your referral link once you've completed a request. Your friend must be a new customer using your link or code on their first order.

Friend's discount. — Your friend's discount applies to their first eligible note and is shown at checkout when they use your link.

Your credit. — Account credit is added after your friend's note is issued and paid for, and after any refund window has passed. Credit applies to future orders and has no cash value.

Combining offers. — Referral rewards can't be combined with other promotional discounts on the same order.

Fair use. Referrals must be genuine. Self-referrals, fake accounts, or abuse of the program may result in credits being voided.

Changes. We may update or end the program at any time; changes won't affect credit you've already earned.
